Stayed at Michael’s luxury tiny home in Blountville and it absolutely delivered. The space is beautifully designed, spotless, and loaded with amenities that make it feel both cozy and upscale. Michael was a fantastic host—great communication, friendly, and clearly invested in making sure everything was just right.
If you’re a fan of chickens, this place is a dream. As described, the property is home to some truly stunning birds—colorful, full of personality, and a joy to watch. The roosters greet the morning right on cue, and before long the chickens are wandering up, curiously peeking through the patio door like part of the experience. It’s peaceful, unique, and full of character. Would absolutely stay again.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. From the nice front porch set up, that allowed me to have chill conversations with my son as we smoked some meat on the pellet smoker. The house was clean, orderly and created a nice comfortable ambiance. I would stay here again in a second. And have recommended this stay for other family and friends who plan on making the same trek as myself!

This was an amazing weekend getaway. The property was clean and homey. Definitely one of the best airbnbs we've stayed at (kitchen had everything a home chef could need). It was cozy, quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the chickens were too!

My stay was amazing. I came to visit my mother and I brought my husband who has never been to Tennessee before. This air bnb was a great first impression of the Tennessee mountains. I also love the bed was so fancy… massage book light sleeping position adjustment. Had a great tv and great sound bar. I def recommend.

We loved this place! My husband and myself stayed here for a weekend getaway and we already plan on staying here again in the future. We loved the chickens so much and loved the fact we had feed to give them everyday of our visit. The views were great and the area has plenty of things to do and places to explore.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Ark very much. We wanted a peaceful and cozy spot with quick access to local shops & restaurants, and that’s exactly what we got. You can quickly be in downtown Bristol or Kingsport.
The house itself was lovely for us. The bed is adjustable which made watching TV or reading extra comfy. On a clear night, you can stargaze from the bed; pretty awesome!
Michael was a great host that provided us with all information needed to make our stay a breeze. We would happily book with him again! If I could make one suggestion, it would be to add a guestbook to the house for people to write in 🙂

This was our second stay here and it never disappoints! We had an unexpected stay for a family funeral and it was nice to be able to pick a place we need and loved! It brought us comfort, warmth, and peace during this time. All of the amenities are always amazing. Great stay!
